Our homemade cake and pastry range is vegan, gluten-free and without refined sugar. Here, some alternatives to conventional household sugar reveal themselves. We use only coconut blossom sugar, birch sugar and date sugar.
Through these natural sugars and fruit sweeteners, your blood sugar level remains stable and you get a lot of power and energy. Fine and tasty baked goods can also be created without gluten. For this we use great organic flours from rice, millet, oats, corn, buckwheat and tapioca.
